A brand new 165,000 square foot Costco facility in Bellingham, WA. LangCo NW, Inc, was contracted to provide turn-key service for the foundation, slabs with sawcut service, and building site-work.
With demanding specifications for floor flatness and levelness in this high-traffic building, LangCo NW, Inc. was able to deliver super flat floors with the use of our SXP Laser Screed, top quality finishing machines and techniques, and over 7 linear miles of sawcut control joints cut using dustless saws with vacuum systems.
